Day 12 - Sedona...

Chocolate Macaron.... special and good...
...might be one of my favorite now... hard to say, but definitely added to the collection of fun riding  destination. We started off easy in the morning to let the rush of traffic in Phoenix get ahead of us. Had an awesome breakfast that included a little treat on top of French toast that was a treat in it self....

The drive up to Sedona was only about an hour and half. Desided to get a spot there for the night to enjoy a full day of riding and to shorten the drive to Black Canyon tomorrow.

We rode some great flowy trails. They just went on and on, smoth, some rock, nice little climbs and then long fun flow to the down, or maybe up who knows it all just feel like down here. Steve is doing a great job picking the best and keeping us on track. After about three hours we stopped in town for a quick bite; wanted another ride on the other side of town in before dark. To avoid the road we took some of the trails we road earlier back up, then some highway. Again we hit some super nice trails, legs feels happy in the dirt and the bike is perfect for the riding here. As it gets dark quick I did get blinks mounted before this part of the day. After finishing up and now having to ride a section if highway back to where we were staying. It was rather long and climbs on the highway felt harder and harder....the "scenic view" signs that usually is welcomed was not as enjoyable to see at this point. Made it back just as it was pitch black out.....  Great day!

Happy Riding!

Nice view point.... can be accessed by the pink jeep in the background...

We didn't take the pink jeep... same view point..

Nice little lunch and next day breakfast at the Firecreek Coffee, great food and beverage and a cool table marker...

Second ride of the day started at the Red Rock after a bit of trail and road to get there...all worth it

He made it across alive, but wasn't too sure about it...

Fun sunset spot, but time to make it down before dark.....
